Conference Speaker Resources

Hey folks, uh…first time running a virtual conference. So I am not really sure what speakers need. May be you guys are all pros and would be fine :-)

But we at least wanted to create a placeholder page, where we can put FAQs or links to resources to help you.

For now

• Install Software: We will be using GoToWebinar to run this Virtual Conference.

  • 👉 GoToWebinar Panelist (Presenter) Quick Start Guide

• Meeting Prep Instructions (this is for a Video Interview, but at least some parts would apply)

• Calendar Invite: Every speaker should have received a Calendar Invite with their own unique join link. Just use that to join a few minutes before your scheduled start time

• Trouble Joining? If you have trouble joining on the day of the Conference, just email us at avi@avising.com. Our team would be monitoring our email closely (especially for emails from the Speakers)
